Purpose of the regulation

These regulations govern the rules of behavior within the museum in order to ensure the protection of works, the safety of visitors, and the proper conduct of exhibition and cultural activities.

Access and ticketing

Admission to the museum is allowed upon presentation of a valid ticket for the date of visit or reservation made through official channels. Staff are authorized to verify the validity of admission tickets.

Visitor behavior

Respectful behavior toward the spaces, exhibits and other visitors is required. Cackling, running between rooms or other actions that may cause a disturbance or pose a danger are prohibited.

Allowed and prohibited items

For security reasons they are not allowed:

  • weapons or blunt objects;
  • Flammable or hazardous substances;
  • Bulky objects that may damage the works or obstruct the passage.

Any large bags or backpacks should be deposited at the checkroom.

Photographs and filming

The use of photographic devices is allowed only without flash, tripods or professional equipment. Video footage or content intended for commercial use is prohibited without specific permission from the Management.

Protection of works

It is strictly forbidden to touch the works, remove protective barriers or approach beyond the indicated limits. Any damage will be prosecuted according to current regulations.

Silence and respect for space

Some areas of the museum may be required to maintain a reduced noise level to preserve concentration and promote proper enjoyment of the works. The use of cell phones should be limited and in silent mode.

Groups and guided tours

Access to the Casanova Museum is by guided tour only, with group entries every hour.

Children and minors

Underage visitors must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times. Behavior appropriate to the museum environment is required, avoiding games or running around the halls.

Safety and emergency regulations

In the event of an emergency, visitors are required to immediately follow the directions of assigned personnel and head to the emergency exits indicated by signs.

Animals

Animals are not allowed, except for guide dogs or certified assistance animals.

Sanctions

Violation of these regulations may result in removal from the museum and possible reporting to the appropriate authorities.

A visit to the museum implies full acceptance of these regulations.
